March Rent and Weed Spray!

We will be hiring Weedman again this year to come spray our lawns and trees. We do not have an exact time because so much depends on the weather but it will most likely be in March so check by the mailboxes and this site for updates.

March Rent for Mill Hollow Community Residents:

Monthly Lot Rent: $246.00

Monthly Water Fee: $8.00

Monthly Sewer Fee: $27.00

Total: $281.00

Rent is due on the first, payable by the 5th. A $15.00 late fee is charged on any remaining balance after the 5th.
