We are a small team but appreciate the support and feedback from residents. We all live here and enjoy the sense of community from the neighborhood. We believe that a community is only as great as the residents living in it and we have great neighbors! We enjoy getting to know everyone better so don't hesitate to pop your head in the office to say "hi" or tell us what we can do to improve the area.

Hi, my name is Lindsey Terry. My husband and I moved from Texas about 12 years ago. We have four beautiful children who are our pride and joy. We love being parents, spending time outdoors, playing games, and participating in sports. Both my husband and I graduated from BYU-I and decided to stay in Idaho because we love it.  I have been managing for about 10 years and enjoy working with everyone in the community and the families that are looking to move in. The community here is so friendly and great to raise a family in!
