Meet The Team

 

We are a small team but appreciate the support and feedback from residents. We all live here and enjoy the sense of community from the neighborhood. We believe that a community is only as great as the residents living in it and we have great neighbors! We enjoy getting to know everyone better so don't hesitate to pop your head in the office to say "hi" or tell us what we can do to improve the area.

Hi, my name is Lindsey Terry. My husband and I moved from Texas about 8 years ago. We have four beautiful children who are our pride and joy. We love being parents, spending time outdoors, playing games, and participating in sports. Both my husband and I graduated from BYU-I and decided to stay in Idaho because we love it.  I have been managing for about 9 years and enjoy working with everyone in the community and the families that are looking to move in. The community here is so friendly and great to raise a family in!

Ed is Site Maintenance & Compliance. He moved in May, 2024 after living 20 years in Island Park, ID. Most often accompanied by his little side kick Izzy. He can be found on the lawn mower, or the little red UTV.
