Anyone looking to purchase a home to live in or rent out and the potential renter of a home in our community must apply and pass the application before purchasing or moving in. All four documents are part of our application process. Please download and read all four. The first form is the Screening Policy for your information. The second one is the actual application that needs to be filled out completely. Please note that we need signatures (electronic signatures are not accepted at this time) and the $37 application fee per individual that is applying before we can process your application. We also need to see photo ID for everyone on the application. If you are moving in with someone as a roommate and are over the age of 18 then we need an application and separate $37 per individual as well. The Rules and Regulations are more strict than other parks so please be sure to review them carefully and sign at the bottom of them as well. The last form is the Privacy Policy to assure you that we will not share your information.

 

Acceptable ways of payment are money order, or check. We do not accept cash or card. Please bring your application/documents and payment to our office at 98 Marigold St Rexburg, ID 83440. (If you live out of sate it can be mailed, emailed to millhollow@bandcmhc.com or faxed at 208-359-9551. If you choose to email or fax please have someone you know bring us your payment.) We will not run any applications without a payment.
