Mill Hollow Community is a great family community in the perfect location in Rexburg. We are located in a residential community right behind the Junior High School and Madison Memorial Hospital. We are less than two miles away from BYU-Idaho campus, and Albertsons grocery store with one of the city's largest community parks within walking distance.
We are the largest mobile home park in Rexburg and do our best to keep every lot neat and well-kept. Our large, 2-acre park has a jungle gym, swings, basketball court, grass volleyball & brand new playground. Our residents love the park and have enjoyed using it throughout the summer.

Hi, my name is Lindsey Terry. My husband and I moved from Texas about 12 years ago. We have four beautiful children who are our pride and joy. We love being parents, spending time outdoors, playing games, and participating in sports. Both my husband and I graduated from BYU-I and decided to stay in Idaho because we love it. I have been managing for about 10 years and enjoy working with everyone in the community and the families that are looking to move in. The community here is so friendly and great to raise a family in!

Hi, my name is Aurora Landon. I have been a resident of Idaho my whole life. Got married in 2022 and moved to Rexburg in 23. Both my husband and I love living in the park and enjoy meeting new people. I became the assistant manager here in '25 and have been loving working here and getting to know the residents in the park. This community is a lovely and friendly place to live and to one day raise a family. Come on into the office anytime. I would love to meet you!
