January Rent and Community Notes

Just a few Notes:

• Thursday is a holiday so the city will pick up our trash (and recycling) on Friday, the 2nd. Please pull your trash cans to the road on Thursday night.

• If you are still waiting for a recycling can the city is ordering some more and will drop them off to your home as soon as they get in. We appreciate your patience as we sort out these glitches.

• Holiday Gift- if you were not home when we dropped off sparkling cider please stop by our office during office hours to pick up your gift.

January 2015 Rent for Mill Hollow Community Residents:

Monthly Lot Rent: $246.00

Monthly Water Fee: $7.00

Monthly Sewer Fee: $27.00

Total: $280.00

Rent is due on the first, payable by the 5th. A $15.00 late fee is charged on any remaining balance after the 5th.
